Organoleptic Properties

Sight: Ruby red with purple reflections. Smell: Alternate classic hints of pink fruit, such as strawberry, black cherry and raspberry with herbaceous and undergrowth nuances. highlight floral notes
Taste: In the mouth it is direct, supported by savory mineral notes and tannin, present, but not overwhelming. Good softness, with a slightly almond finish

Recommended with cold cuts and medium-structured cheeses, and to be enjoyed also with stewed and barbecued meats
