Organoleptic Properties

Sight: Dark ruby red wine with violet hues. Smell: Hints of ripe red fruit and berries, with mineral and balsamic nuance
Taste: dry, corresponds to fragrance, with long finish.

Strong wine, without compromise. Good with strong flavours. It goes weel with mature cheeses, game in general with structured dishes
