Organoleptic Properties

Sight: Luminous straw-yellow coloured wine. Smell: Intens bouquet with notes of yellow pulp fruit such as yellow peach, apple, pinapple and citrus fruits with clear floral overtones such as hawthorn, underlined by good minerality
Taste: Dry, full, balanced and savoury flavour with a bitter note on the finish

Pairings

Full-bodied white. Ideal in combination with legume and cereal soups, fried fish and medium-structured first courses
